You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to request a cancellation

Our support team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on its processing status.
3. Custom or made-to-order items
Custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started. These pieces are created specifically for you.
4. Refunds for cancelled orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Automatic cancellations
In rare cases, Khaas Libas may cancel an order automatically due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Payment processing issues
- Invalid or incomplete address details
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
If this happens, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
