All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional processing time .

2. Shipping within the UK

We offer reliable nationwide delivery across the United Kingdom.

• Standard Shipping — Delivery time: 2–5 business days. Cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Incorrect address or undeliverable packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply. Khaas Libas is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues or addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

5. Delays & unexpected circumstances

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur because of:

6. Lost or damaged packages
