RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Khaas Libas. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange process is simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Clearance or promotional products
  • Custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-order items

2. Eligibility for exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes
  • Colour changes (if available)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, store credit may be offered.

3. How to initiate a return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at khaaslibas.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our support team will review and provide return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Khaas Libas.

6. Store credit

In some cases where a refund is not applicable, you may receive store credit. Store credit is valid for 03 months from the date of issue.
